Great food, great service
Food was good but service was horiable. Waitress was rude. Food took an hour to get. Was never checked on to see if everyone was ok. Poor customer service
It's an alright quality restaurant for Hay River. It has gotten better over the years. The last time I was there my friend ordered a pasta dish with shrimp in it. They did not take off the tails of the shrimp.
Hay River's fine dining restaurant. Menu is varied with plenty of great food from which to choose; appetizers, lunch menu and entrees. A great beverage selection and excellent service. Beautiful decor complete with comfortable table and booth seating will set the right mood for an intimate meal out or a business meeting. The Keys Dining Lounge is located right in the Ptarmigan Inn main lobby in the heart of Hay River's downtown core.
Nice atmosphere. The breakfast menu has options other than the usual bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Coffee is good too.
